According to Statista’s survey on job satisfaction statistics from 2019 in the USA, 60% of employees consider coworkers to be the biggest contributors to job happiness.

Here is a Teamwork EXAMPLE

Here is a formula that works every time: socially engineer diverse teams to work on a project. Allow them to pick a team name and captain. Let the other teams vote on the best outcome and award a silly prize/trophy. Mild competition works every time.

Here is your Teamwork CHALLENGE

Divide into diverse teams and select team names and captains at your next team meeting. Give them 5-10 minutes to come up with their most admired leader and WHY. You’ll learn a lot about your team and have fun along the way.
